If the Doctor prescribes a medication which You would like Us to supply, under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000, We are obliged to state the following:

The supplier/agent is Hexpress Limited (Trading as HealthExpress.co.uk), of Beufort House, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. The company registration number is 529615.
All prescribed medicines will by supplied and filled by a UK registered pharmacist, pursuant to a prescription issued by a GMC registered medical practitioner. Full details of both the doctor and pharmacy used for your treatment are available upon written request.

2 Description of Medication
The description of the medication is subject to prescription - a stock list is available after an online consultation form is completed and the doctor has a diagnosis.
3 Price
This price for treatment is subject to prescription - a price list is available after an online consultation form is completed and the doctor has a diagnosis.
4 Delivery Cost
We charge not charge extra for each delivery. However, If you require DHL delivery for outside of the UK, it will cost a further £25.00 (GBP)
5 Payment
We accept the following debit/credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Solo. We accept cheques made payable to Hexpress Ltd.
6 Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your HealthExpress.co.uk order up to the point when your treatment is dispatched. The pharmacist must destroy any medication returned, even un-opened boxes, so we are not able to offer refunds.
