Experts in the US carried out a number of tests to find out whether a revolutionary spray on anesthetic was effective in treating the symptoms that are associated with premature ejaculation.

Not only was it proven to work 5 times faster than a large proportion of the treatments out there, but it was also shown to increase the length of time the subjects lasted for during intercourse. The condition affects 1 in 3 males in the US and can occur in men of all ages.

There are a number of drawbacks with the treatment however; including the fact it takes 45 minutes to take effect. On top of this, you are required to wear a condom to avoid to spreading the solution to your partner’s genitals.

The spray is called PSD502 or Tempe and has been developed by London based pharmaceutical company; Plethora and the US based; Sciela Pharma. It consists of a number of properties that have been proven to aid with premature ejaculation.

The study was led by Dr. Michael G Wyllie of Plethora and involved 256 subjects from 38 separate medical centers. Two thirds used the spray whilst the remaining third were giving a placebo. Each patient were already shown to last just 36 seconds during sex. Those who used the spray were able to last 2 minutes longer.
