How to Order

If you’ve never ordered any medications online before, you are most likely wondering how exactly the service works. Our process was designed to make it as safe and convenient as possible for you to get a prescription and place an order, so you can get the right treatment delivered directly to your door.

The process all starts with our registration and a confidential consultation, after which we will guide you, every step of the way. To ensure your safety, our ordering process involves a few more steps than a conventional checkout procedure, but providing us with the information we need is straightforward and shouldn’t take more than a couple of minutes.

How does it work?

Step 1: Registration

Before you order any treatments, you’ll be asked to complete an online consultation. The first part of the consultation encompasses the registration process, so that you can gain access to your patient’s area. During registration you’ll be asked to create a password and enter your contact details, such as your address, phone number, mobile number (if you would like to be contacted by text) as well as your e-mail address, all of which will be kept strictly confidential.

Step 2: Consultation

The consultation process involves answering some general medical questions as well as questions directly related to your condition. It is important that you answer these questions as honestly and in as much detail as possible, as this will assist our doctors in reaching a more accurate diagnosis. The consultation and registration process is completely free of charge, and you have no obligation to place an order if you aren’t happy with the recommendations from our doctor.

Step 3: Diagnosis and recommendation

Once you’ve completed the consultation process, your consultation will be passed on to our team of registered UK doctors. They will then review the information you’ve provided and provide treatment recommendations based on their diagnosis.

Once the doctor has reached their decision you will:

A - Receive an email and/or text message to notify you that you can log in to view and order from the range of treatments that were recommended.

B – Be notified via email/or text that you aren’t suitable to use the type of treatment you had in mind. If you don’t qualify for treatment, this may be due to the fact that your health may be at risk if you take the medication or that you are taking medications that may cause a bad reaction.

C – Be contacted by our Patient Support team, if our doctor feels that they require additional information from you before they are able to make a good diagnosis. In this case, you may receive an email or telephone call from our Patient Support team who will ask you for the information required.

Step 4: Select treatment

When you log in to view your account, you’ll be able to view the treatment(s) and dose(s) that have been recommended by our doctor, with prices. From this section you can select the quantity you’d like to order and proceed to the delivery and payment section. If you are unsure about the amount you need to order, you can contact us or visit the appropriate medication information page and refer to the ‘How do I take it?’ paragraph.

Step 5: Delivery and billing information

After you’ve made your selection, you’ll be asked to check whether your delivery address and contact details are correct. You will also be able to choose the delivery service most convenient for you. Click here to find out more about the different delivery options available.

Step 6: Payment details

This is the penultimate step in the process, where you provide your payment details, such as your billing address and credit or debit card information. We have several payment options available, click here to read more.

Step 7: Shipping and delivery

All medications are dispatched directly from our registered UK pharmacies. Once you’ve placed your order, a valid prescription for your treatment will be forwarded directly to the pharmacy. A pharmacist will dispense it, similarly to a hospital dispensary. All the batch numbers are double checked and then the medication is packaged in discreet boxes and courier envelopes ready to be dispatched. There will be no mention of HealthExpress, or the contents of the package, on the box or courier envelope.

Step 8: Your order is delivered

HealthExpress dispatches medications for free to most international destinations. Visit our Delivery Information page for more details. You will receive an e-mail and/text message with your tracking number so you can monitor the progress of the delivery online. All deliveries need to be signed for, so it’s advisable to arrange for someone to be at the delivery address at the time of delivery. Orders are usually held at your local mailing depot for a limited time if delivery cannot be made. All our couriers leave calling cards, so you can arrange for them to attempt delivery at a more convenient time, or you could arrange to pick up your order from the depot.
