HealthExpress accepts a range of payment options, including credit/debit card, cheque, postal order and bank transfer. Once you've selected your treatment and entered your delivery address, you can choose the payment option most suited to you from the options available. You can easily pay for your treatment using your credit or debit card, simply and easily online after you have placed your order with us. If you need any assistance with this option, just call our Patient Support team on 020 7084 7594.
You can contact our Patient Support team if you would like to pay by cheque and they'll provide you with all the details for the procedure. You don't have to do the entire consultation over the phone, simply contact us with your patient reference number when you are able to view the treatment you want to order. A Patient Support Advisor will instruct you as to how you should make out the cheque for the order value to Hexpress Healthcare Ltd, which you can then send to our address found on our Contact Us page. Your order will be dispatched as soon as your cheque has cleared.
To pay by postal order, simply contact our Patient Support team. The procedure is similar to paying by cheque, except you'll have to visit to your local post office to arrange for a postal order, equal to the order value, to be sent to our address with your patient reference number. We will ship your order as soon as we receive your postal order.
Bank transfers within the UK usually take 1 - 2 days to clear. International transfers should clear within 3 - 4 days. Once your payment is received, your order will be dispatched on the next working day. You simply need to contact our Patient Support team to arrange a transfer and to get our bank details.
