Why are treatment prices not displayed throughout HealthExpress.co.uk?

At HealthExpress, we aim to offer an online healthcare service that follows a similar pattern as you would expect if you were to visit your normal GP. We believe that it is important to receive a diagnosis – which involves completing a consultation – before you are offered treatment. This means that though we can give an indication of cost, as you will see below, the individual costs of treatments will only be included when you are given your treatment options by a registered doctor.

The table below provides you with an indication of treatment prices for our most popular conditions. Please note that unlike some sites the consultation and next day shipping is free of charge. Remember that you are not under any obligation to purchase medication from HealthExpress before, during or after your consultation.

What is involved in the medical consultation?

Our online consultation is a simple three step process which only takes a few minutes to complete. All we require from you is contact information, general medical details and the answers to more specific condition-related questions.

How can I ensure my medication is genuine?

We dispense only genuine medication from reputable UK pharmacies who are registered with the GPhC. All medication purchased from HealthExpress.co.uk carries the original batch number, which can be checked with the manufacturer for authenticity.

What is included in the price?

HealthExpress.co.uk charges you an all-inclusive treatment price - everything is included from the doctor's prescription right through to delivery. Next day delivery is included as standard on all orders, and some premium options such as same day delivery are also included in some areas. There are absolutely no hidden charges as you may find elsewhere.

The consultation process only takes a few minutes to complete after which you will be able to see prices for any treatments you have been prescribed. Remember, all orders placed at HealthExpress.co.uk are dispatched in discreet packaging via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service.
