How does Pirinase Nasal Spray work?
Pirinase Nasal Spray is designed to treat the symptoms of allergic reaction such as watery or runny eyes, itchy nose and sneezing.
This nasal spray contains the active ingredient fluticasone propionate, a synthetic corticosteroid that reduces allergic reactions.
Our bodies produce corticosteroids naturally. These hormones are produced by the adrenal glands and are responsible for the control of inflammatory and allergic responses.
Fluticasone propionate helps to reduce inflammation in the nasal passages, providing relief from symptoms. It is absorbed by the cells in the lining of the nose and prevents them from releasing histamine that can trigger an allergic reaction.
Although corticosteroids are generally very well tolerated, if you are concerned about any side effects, you should consult your doctor or pharmacist.
If your symptoms persist for more than 7 days while using this medicine, consult your doctor.

If this medicine is used for a prolonged time at high doses, you are at an increased risk of corticosteroid side effects, such as mental health problems or adrenal suppression.
What are the precautions/interactions of Pirinase Nasal Spray?
