HealthExpress and Arthritis Care Co-Host Live Twitter Q&A

Published : Tuesday May 14, 2013 | Posted in : HealthExpress News

HealthExpress focus on providing solutions for patients in need of practical healthcare advice and treatment options. Our monthly twitter chat sessions aim to address the former objective by putting everyday health topics under the spotlight. By connecting directly with HealthExpress chief medical advisor, Dr Hilary Jones, members of the public can get provisional advice on what action to take next, saving a trip to the doctor or the worry of a face-to-face discussion.

This week's live Twitter Q&A will be co-hosted with Arthritis Care as part of Arthritis Care Week, running with the theme: 'Something Can Always Be Done.' As usual, there will be room for questions about general health topics too, so don't hesitate to Tweet your queries.

How to get involved

  • The 1-hour Twitter Q&A session will take place on Wednesday May 15th at 1-2pm, where Dr Hilary Jones will be online to answer your questions.
  • Once you have signed into your account, you can follow the HealthExpress Twitter handle and tweet a question by using the official hashtag #askhealthexpress
  • If you don't own a twitter account you can email your question to and it will be published during the hour-long discussion.
  • If your question isn't specific to Arthritis, you can still participate; Dr. Hilary is happy to offer his knowledge on general health concerns as well.

At HealthExpress, we strive to support the critical work carried out by health organizations in the UK. By exploring ways in which people can manage their arthritis, Dr Hilary Jones will be engaging in, and offering his expert knowledge to the cause.

We are an online clinic that provides support, advice and treatment for patients who do not always feel comfortable talking about their condition. If you are suffering in silence you can get medical help by completing our free online consultation, where a registered doctor is on hand to solve your problems.
