The process in more detail

Step 1: Consultation

The order process all starts with a confidential consultation, after which we will guide you, every step of the way. The information we need is straightforward and shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes. It is important that you answer these questions as honestly and in as much detail as possible, as this will assist our partner doctors in reaching a more accurate diagnosis.

Part of the consultation also encompasses a simple registration process where you enter your contact details and create a password (all of which will be kept strictly confidential), so that you can gain access to your patient's area. What's more, the consultation and registration process is completely free of charge, and you have no obligation to place an order if you aren't happy with the recommendations from our partner doctor.

Step 2: Diagnosis and recommendation

Once you've completed the consultation process, your consultation will be passed on to our team of registered UK doctors for review, who will then provide treatment recommendations based on their diagnosis.

Once the doctor has reached their decision you will:

A - Receive an email and/or text message to notify you that you can log in to view and order from the range of treatments that were recommended.

B – Be notified via email/or text that you aren't suitable to use the type of treatment you had in mind. This may be due to the fact that your health may be at risk if you take the medication.

C – Be contacted by our Patient Support team via email or telephone, if our partner doctorfeels that they require additional information from you.

Step 3: Select treatment

When you log in to view your account, you'll be able to view the treatment(s) and dose(s) that have been recommended by our partner doctor, with prices. You can then select the quantity you'd like to order and proceed to the delivery and payment section. If you are unsure about the amount you need to order, you can Contact Us or visit the appropriate medication information page and refer to the 'How do I take it?' paragraph.

Step 4: Delivery and billing information

After you've made your selection, you'll be asked to check whether your delivery address and contact details are correct. You will also be able to choose the delivery service most convenient for you. Click here to find out more about the different delivery options available.

Step 5: Payment details

This is the penultimate step in the process, where you provide your payment details, such as your billing address and credit or debit card information. We have several payment options available, Click here to read more.

Step 6: Shipping and delivery

All medications are dispatched directly from our registered UK pharmacies. Once you've placed your order, a valid prescription for your treatment will be forwarded directly to the pharmacy. A pharmacist will dispense it, similarly to a hospital dispensary. All our medications are then packaged and delivered in discreet plain boxes.

Step 7: Your order is delivered

HealthExpress dispatches medications for free to most international destinations. You will receive an e-mail and/text message with your tracking number so you can monitor the progress of the delivery online. All deliveries need to be signed for, so it's advisable to arrange for someone to be at the delivery address at the time of delivery. However, orders are usually held at your local mailing depot for a limited time if delivery cannot be made and all our couriers leave calling cards.
