Standard Delivery Services

To ensure your experience with HealthExpress is as simple and streamlined as possible; we understand it is important that you receive your orders as quickly as possible. This is why we have partnered with Royal Mail and UPS to provide you with several convenient delivery options.

UK shipping

All our United Kingdom orders are sent free of charge via Royal Mail's Special Delivery next-day service, which guarantees delivery the following day to most mainland UK destinations. Placing your order before 3pm will ensure that your medication will be dispatched that same day and will arrive on your doorstep within 24 hours. EU shipping

All orders to mainland Europe are shipped free of charge with UPS and can take between one to two working days to arrive from the time your order is dispatched. All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

International shipping

HealthExpress dispatches orders to destinations outside the UK and EU free of charge with Royal Mail's International Signed For service. Delivery takes approximately three to five working days and orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Premium Delivery Services

If you urgently require your medication, our premium delivery service options are available to ensure you receive your order on the same day you placed your order, or even on a Saturday.

Guaranteed Saturday delivery

Our new premium Saturday delivery service with Royal Mail guarantees Saturday delivery throguhout the UK for all items ordered by 3pm on a Friday. This delivery option is available for a small surcharge of just £4.99.

Same-day delivery

This premium same-day delivery service is available to all destinations within about 40 miles from the centre of London. To find out the cost of this service and if you are eligible, simply enter your postcode in the box below. Only orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, will be eligible for this delivery option. Orders are dispatched in discreet packaging for delivery on the same day.

Same-day delivery rates

The same-day delivery rates are dependent on the location you are having your order delivered to. There are 3 zones as explained below:

• London postcodes: Free
• Outer London: £19.95
  Everywhere within the M25, but outside of London postcodes.
• Outside London: £39.95
  All locations eligible for same day delivery which are outside of the M25.

Packaging

We understand that your privacy is paramount and this is why we take measures to ensure that you receive your order as discreetly as possible. All of our orders are sent out in tamper-proof boxes, and we will never mention HealthExpress or your treatment on the outside of the box.

As an additional measure, each box is placed in a standard courier envelope. Depending on the delivery method you selected at checkout, your order will be delivered in a box placed inside either a UPS or a Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope. The only information you will see on the outside packaging is your name and address, a return address and the Royal Mail or UPS logo and tracking number.
