Standard Delivery Services

To ensure your experience with HealthExpress is as simple and streamlined as possible; we understand it is important that you receive your orders as quickly as possible. This is why we have partnered with Royal Mail and UPS to provide you with several convenient delivery options.

UK shipping

All our United Kingdom orders are sent free of charge via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, which guarantees tracked delivery to most UK destinations the very next day (including Saturday), provided orders are placed before 3pm Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will arrive on Tuesday.

Premium Delivery Services

If you urgently require your medication, our premium delivery service options are available to ensure you receive your order on the same day you placed your order.

Same-day delivery

This premium same-day delivery service is available to all destinations within about 40 miles from the centre of London. To find out the cost of this service and if you are eligible, simply enter your postcode in the box below. Only orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, will be eligible for this delivery option. Orders are dispatched in discreet packaging for delivery on the same day.

Same-day delivery rates

The same-day delivery rates are dependent on the location you are having your order delivered to. There are 3 zones as explained below:

• London postcodes: Free
• Outer London: £19.95
  Everywhere within the M25, but outside of London postcodes.
• Outside London: £39.95
  All locations eligible for same day delivery which are outside of the M25.

Packaging

We understand that your privacy is paramount and this is why we take measures to ensure that you receive your order as discreetly as possible. All of our medications are sent out in cardboard boxes which are delivered in tamper-proof polythylene courier bags, as pictured. We will never mention HealthExpress or your treatment on the outside of the bag.

Depending on the delivery method you selected at checkout, your order will be delivered inside either a Royal Mail Special Delivery or UPS envelope. The only information you will see on the outside packaging is your name and address, a return address and the Royal Mail or UPS logo and tracking number.
