At HealthExpress.co.uk, free delivery is included on all orders. Orders placed by 3pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), are despatched on the same day through Royal Mail from our network of registered UK pharmacies. Read on to find out more about the range of delivery options we offer:

Free UK Next-day Delivery

Free next-day delivery within the UK is included with every order. All orders are despatched using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, which guarantees delivery by 1pm the following working day. If you would like to track your order, click below to use the Royal Mail Track & Trace service - you can find your tracking number in your order despatch email.

Free International Delivery

Free shipping is included with all international orders. Delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days using the Royal Mail International Signed For service. Your order can be tracked online by clicking below to use the Royal Mail Track & Trace service.

Same-day Delivery Service For London

If you place your order by 3pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), you can select our premium same-day service for only £24.99. Orders are despatched in discreet packaging with CitySprint for delivery between 6pm and 9pm. This service is currently only available for delivery in the Greater London area (addresses within the M25). If you require same-day delivery outside of this area, please contact us on 020 7084 7594.

FAQs

How long does delivery take?

Our free next-day UK delivery service is delivered the following working day, guaranteed, provided the order is placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time will be despatched the following working day. International delivery takes 5-8 working days as a guideline. However delivery to remote locations can take longer. How will my order arrive?

Deliveries with Royal Mail are sent in tamper-resistant envelopes as pictured above. Same-day deliveries are packaged in a mailing box. There will be no mention of HealthExpress or the contents on any packaging.

Can my order be sent to a different address to my billing address?

Yes. An alternative delivery address can be provided at the time of ordering your treatment. If you have any special requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us on 020 7084 7594.

Does someone need to be at home to receive my order?

Yes. All orders must be signed for when delivered. If nobody is available to receive the order, you should be left a card which will provide details of how to arrange collection or redelivery.
