• If you find a cheaper online pharmacy offering the same medication with a private prescription and comparable service conditions within 7 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference.
• Comparable service conditions include consultation charges, delivery charges, and delivery timescales.
• The HealthExpress Price Promise applies only to comparable UK online pharmacies (excluding providers of NHS services) where the advertised product is sold at UK retail price and in GBP (Pounds Sterling).
• HealthExpress reserves the right to decline any price match request.
• Customers must provide valid evidence of the lower price, such as a screenshot, photograph, advertisement, or website listing.
• The HealthExpress Price Promise does not apply to competitor discount codes, promotional offers, loyalty schemes, cashback offers, or voucher codes.
• The matching product must be identical, including brand, strength, quantity, and pack size where applicable.
• The matching product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase under comparable delivery conditions.
• The HealthExpress Price Promise is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
• The HealthExpress Price Promise does not apply to GLP-1 medications.
• The HealthExpress Price Promise does not apply to laboratory testing services, subscriptions, or any treatment or service where laboratory testing forms part of the assessment, monitoring, or treatment pathway.
• The HealthExpress Price Promise is valid until further notice and may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
