Website frustration

I had a lot of trouble with reordering from the website. At the final stage the site was endlessly buffering. I accessed my account again from a different web browser and the same thing happened. The online chat wasn’t much help, advising me to delete my history and try again - no joy. Then I was asked to call the helpline. When I did this I was informed there was no one available and asked to leave a message, which I did. No one called back. It was only on the second occasion that I got through to a person who confirmed my order. In the days following I was bombarded by electronic emails telling me I had an incomplete order (which I didn’t) and asking if a needed help (!)

Insufficient cold packaging …

Very prompt next day delivery however on each of my deliveries from this company the much needed ice cold packaging has been either lukewarm/not sufficiently cold when it has arrived. The packaging definitely needs to be improved.
