Reliable delivery but lack of communication. Even though an email came through to send that the order had been received and how to store the medication no confirmation comes through to say that the order has been approved. Apart from that im very happy with the service.

The company is prompt in sending the…

The company is prompt in sending the product and very responsive but the delivery service lets them down. Royal Mail do not inform regarding a delivery, do not try neighbours etc. This is an issue as product has to remain cool on arrival. This delivery was taken away and I had to collect it the next day. Not quite sure how efficacious this will be as it was a hot summer day. Very disappointed with the delivery service.
