Customer Service was polite as usual however delivery was an issue. I was emailed by Health Express and Royal Mail with delivery details for a Wednesday. This did not arrive. On Thursday Royal Mail left the package outside in the heat without trying to hand it over. It was found 4 hours later This is when I found that Health Express so not have a way to deal with delivery issues. A complaint was raised Royal Mail, but this took 40 minutes.
