How do I know that the doctor is genuine?
When the doctor emails back a diagnosis, full contact details are provided together with GMC registration details which can be verified online.
Do I still need to visit my doctor?
For the vast majority of cases, most of the questions covered by the medical form are more than sufficient to make an effective diagnosis. However, it is always advised that you consult your own doctor before commencing any line of treatment. The online doctor can notify your doctor of any diagnosis and treatment issued at your request.
Where a prescription medication is prescribed, is it genuine?

Yes, Royal Mail require a signature on delivery as confirmation of receipt. You can arrange for the item to be delivered to perhaps a work address for convenience.
What if I am unable to be at home when Royal Mail attempts delivery?

Can I use more than one card to place an order?
Yes. If for any reason you need to split the cost of your order across 2 cards, this can be arranged. You will need to contact our customer service team so that they can process this transaction for you.
