The service of your company seems ok, although sometimes your screening/ hesitation on proceeding with repeat prescription seems too automated and delayew for no specific reason. But the reason I have decided to write a less than 5 star review is that the Post Office delivery service is unreliable and random. In my view you should change courier. One day they deliver at 10.30, the next day at 17.30. One day they require signature, other times No signature required. You can waste your whole day waiting for a delivery. If you request proof of my latest delivery, they'll send you a picture of my front door with your parcel half-stuck in my postal slot!!
