HRT plaster - it works. The glue can be a bit hit and miss, i.e. some plasters stick better than others. The price has gone up drastically since the manufacturer changed.

Evorel Conti is a hormone replacement therapy (HRT) containing oestrogen and a progestogen. When applied twice weekly, they release hormones through the skin to help ease symptoms of menopause like night sweats, hot flushes, and sleep disruptions.
After a short online consultation, a HealthExpress menopause specialist can assess whether Evorel Conti or another Evorel patch is the most suitable option for you.
Evorel Conti works by releasing hormones through the skin that your body produces less of during menopause. It does this through its two active ingredients:
This dual-action formula ensures effective symptom control while protecting your uterus.
Using Evorel Conti for menopause offers many health benefits:
Follow these instructions when applying Evorel Conti:
MPORTANT: If you don’t have a uterus, an oestrogen-only HRT may be more suitable.
If you are postmenopausal (you have not had a natural period for at least 12 months) and are not currently using HRT, you can usually start Evorel Conti at any time.
If you are switching from another HRT, the timing of when to start Evorel Conti will depend on the type of HRT you are using:

Evorel Conti patches begin supplying oestrogen to the body as soon as a patch is applied, but it can take up to 3 weeks before a significant improvement in symptoms is noticed. The full effects of Evorel Conti should be felt after 3 months of consistent use.
Evorel Conti is available in a single strength: 50 mcg estradiol / 170 mcg norethisterone per patch. This combined patch is designed for postmenopausal women who still have a womb.
Evorel Conti patches are usually prescribed for postmenopausal women who still have a womb. If you’ve had a hysterectomy (no womb), you may instead be recommended an oestrogen-only Evorel patch. Our menopause specialists will help you choose the option that’s safest and most suitable for you.
Do not use Evorel Conti if you have:
Like all HRTs, Evorel Conti can cause side effects, although not everyone will get them.
