Filling in the application was simple and easy, particularly with the meds having a drop down list was very useful. Delivery with Royal Mail was the difficult part as when they deliver they do not leave the item. Live in a block of flats and there is a foyer where deliveries are left. I understand that the item is medication but I work and would not want them to be delivered at work and also delivery may be out of office hours. Cannot predict timing when Royal Mail will deliver. It took a few days to get the item. Had to arrange for it to be re delivered to a post office.
