Easy consultation, easy selection of required goods and no issues at checkout for payment. Email communication was clear. My only slight criticism was that I was asked 2 questions which I’d already provided the answers to within my consultation and the response to my answers which were submitted within 10mins of being notified took a further 24hrs which lead to my delivery being delayed by a day. My other positive point to note is that the needles provided were 5mm rather than 4mm. However, along with that there were no cleaning swabs provided which was a little disappointing.
