Not impressed with Customer services

I had a voucher as a new customer for £60 off and started to place the order but could not finish it and had to do so the following day. When I then tried and entered through the email I had been sent, it kept saying I had already used that voucher.I telephoned customer services and was told that no such voucher existed and was offered a discount of £10 which I refused. I then found the original site where the voucher was and entered one for £50 which was immediately accepted and was then asked by the guy in customer services to give him the voucher which I refused. When I then received the order, besides having no needle box, there weren't even any swabs and overall I am not really impressed with Health Express and shall not be continuing with them

Great service as usual. Only complaint is I changed injection to pills for one month but felt they didn't work. I then ordered injection again but had to starting at lowest dose. Unhappy with that.
