You held up my order for a day whilst the doctor checked some details on my health declaration. This meant that instead of receiving my delivery of Mounjaro on the Friday as I had planned, because I was in all day, it was out for delivery on the Saturday, when I wasn't at home. The postman couldn't deliver without a signature, so the Mounjaro went back to the post office over the weekend and was delivered 3 days late on the Monday. If your doctor has queries on medical issues, it would be better if they phoned to discuss with the patient rather than holding the order

Wow, ordered from Health Express as they offered a very good price. Hadn't heard of this pharmacy so wasn't sure what to expect, but they exceeded my expectations on everything. Placed my order with a very in-depth health questionnaire, uploaded photos etc, order was reviewed, and 48hrs later my new pen was with me. Tracking details sent to me so I could see when to expect my parcel. Pen was superbly packed, nice and chilled. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Health Express. Well done ♥️

Excellent service apart from the packaging which is not sturdy enough to keep the boxes intact and often these are broken open with loose individual plastic cases holding the needle tips and the pen outside of the squashed box. Also the ice pack very often separates from the penbox and therefore does not keep it sufficiently chilled.
