More information about Condyline
Condyline (also known as Condylox) is a podophyllotoxin solution designed to treat genital warts (also referred to as condylomata acuminate). This highly effective topical cream is applied directly to the genital warts.
Podophyllotoxin is sourced from the roots of the Indian podophyllum plant; it has a long success rate, and was actually the first topical medication approved to treat genital warts. Whilst Condyline is clinically proven to be safe and effective to treat both adults and the elderly with genital warts, it is not suitable for children.
Condyline 3.5ml, when applied directly to the warts, pierces through the wart tissue to target the nucleus of the cells of the wart. It has a toxic effect on this centre of the cell that controls cell division and the multiplication of the cells. This means that the wart cells stop reproducing, and through the course of the treatment, the wart cells will die off to be replaced by healthy, functioning tissue.
Those who buy Condyline for genital warts can experience a variety of benefits when it is used correctly, some of these include:
Condyline solution comes in a 3.5ml dosage and is applied directly to the genital warts and immediately gets to work reducing the discomfort associated with the warts as well as stopping them from growing and multiplying. Condyline solution is clinically proven to destroy an outbreak of genital warts. Condyline 3.5ml is fast-acting, which means you will see results after just three days. If used correctly, all your symptoms should disappear after just four weeks.
Condyline is safe to use for adults and the elderly, but not for children under any circumstances. Adults who are allergic to any of the ingredients of the medication should not use this treatment. Condyline is also not recommended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
You should apply the solution twice a day for three consecutive days with an applicator or the tip of a clean finger. Put a small amount of Condyline solution on the affected area and gently rub it in until it is no longer visible. A thin film of the medication will cover the genital wart. You should make sure you wash your hands before and after applying this treatment.
Condyline 3.5ml is very safe to use, but as with any prescription medication there is a small chance that you will experience adverse side effects. These should be very mild and will pass quickly. Such mild effects can include:
If you do experience these effects and they persist or get worse beyond the treatment timeframe, you should contact your healthcare provider for more information. If you experience more serious side effects, such as a severe allergic reaction, which leads to the swelling of the tongue, face or lips, a breakout of hives or shortness of breath, you should seek medical treatment immediately.
When using Condyline solution, it is important to consider the following precautions:
